Having lived along the Grand Strand for over forty years, my wife, Julie, and I were both born and raised here and chose to raise our family here. We love the area and love calling the Grand Strand home. Being a native of the Grand Strand and Horry County gives me the advantage of having the knowledge of the entire county and not limited to one area as with most realtors that have moved here from other areas. This is a huge advantage to both sellers and buyers. My wife and I have both been in real estate for over 10 years and have worked our way up as agents, brokers, broker-in-charge and now as owners of RE/MAX Palmetto Properties. We have two daughters, one of which is currently attending CCU and majoring in business, marketing and real estate. Our other daughter is a junior in High School and an avid golfer. We love real estate and plan on being in real estate for a long time to come.
