1992 After attending junior college and the University of Minnesota Derrick moves to Rochester and meets Sara at their common workplace. These are the early years of a long career in management in the service industry.
1994 Sara graduates from Rochester Vocational & Technical School and starts what will become a long career as a Health Unit Coordinator at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN; Part of the Mayo Clinic.
2006 Derrick enters real estate career with coursework at PROSOURCE professional school in St. Paul and obtains a license to sell Real Estate in the State of Minnesota and joins the National Association of Realtors.
2006 Sara received the very prestigious Karis award from the Mayo Clinic for her outstanding service. Less than 1% of Mayo’s employees will earn this award and the process is started by a nomination by one’s peers.
2008 After being Derrick’s assistant for over two years Sara completes coursework at Kaplan Professional School in St. Paul (formerly PROSOURCE) and obtains her real estate license as to provide even greater service to our clients. Sara also joins the National Association of Realtors.
2009 Sara gets even more involved in the Southeast Minnesota Association of Realtors (SEMAR) and joins the Member Services Committee.

Derrick and Sara work together to provide outstanding service to their clients. One of the two of us is almost always available to help our clients immediately or within a very short period of time.

Sara and Derrick have two children, one in senior high school and one in junior high school. Our children have both always been very active in school as well as extra curricular activities and sports. Our children’s education has always been very important to us and we are very familiar with Rochester’s public and private schools.
